Exams Finance Assistant

The purpose of this role is to support the Exams teams with the efficient delivery of exams finance services. The role will be required to support Country Exams Finance functions with the production of off-system income recognition journals, the production of accurate monthly/quarterly income reconciliations, including calculation of expected income and support documentation, and will assist in the processing of payments (including Test Day Staff payments), refunds, SAP procurement and delivering of off-system invoicing services. In doing so, the role will provide support to ensure fluent communication with country, Cluster, Region and Global Operations and Finance functions as required.

This role will be part of a cluster and regional team and might deliver services to various countries in the EU Exams Region. This role will ensure fluent communication with country, Cluster, Region and Global Operations and Finance functions.

This post is offered on a locally employed basis and the post holder must be either Slovak national or have the right to live and work in Slovakia.
