If you are a school and would like to register multiple students, please follow our instructions for Young learners or General and Professional English exams below:  

Young Learners exams

To begin the registration process, please email to agree an exam date in advance. The minimum entry requirement to open your own exam date is 25 candidates across all levels (Starters, Movers, Flyers).

For more information on the registration procedure and the requirements for organising Young Learner Exams (YLE) please read the instructions for schools registering YLE candidates (downloadable below). You can register your students by email or online.

1. Registration by email: Download and complete the YLE block registration form (below) and send it to not later than 10 weeks before the agreed exam date.

2. Online registration: To register your candidates online, you will need a username and password to access the Preparation Centre Portal. If you do not have them, please contact us. Please follow the tutorials on how to upload candidates and edit/search candidate profiles.

Cambridge English exams (regular or for schools)

Step 1 Online registration

Step 2 Terms and conditions

The school or institution has to inform all its candidates (if these are under 18 - inform their parents or legal guardians) about the Terms and Conditions of our registration.

Step 3 Exam fee payment

You can find the dates and fees of the exams offered on our website. The total exam fee for your candidates is payable within five working days of the online registration (unless you request an invoice by email). You can pay by bank transfer to British Council account, account number: 200 847 0006/8130, IBAN SK94 8130 0000 0020 0847 0006, SWIFT: CITISKBA (account open at Citibank Slovakia, a.s.)

STEP 4 Confirmation of entry/Information on the exam date

The school will receive information on the exam timetable by email approximately 2 weeks before the test date. If you do not receive this Confirmation of Entry email, contact us  with no delay. The school or institution is responsible for distributing the Confirmation of Entry to its candidates.

Test day photography

Test day photography is compulsory for all candidates sitting the Cambridge English exams with a minimum level of B2 (with the exception of B2 First for Schools exam). Photos may be taken on the day of the written or speaking test.

All candidates registered as block entries through a school or institution agree to have their photograph taken. Photographs and Cambridge English Exam results will be available on the protected Online Results Verification website.

Cambridge Assessment English reserves the right not to publish candidates' Cambridge English Exam results if they have not been photographed according to the Cambridge English Exam regulations. For more information please read Test Day Photography.
