Customer Services Advisor
The British Council in Slovakia is looking for Customer Services Advisor, starting in February 2018.

|Working hours||Monday - Friday, between 9.00 am - 7.00 pm, occasionaly Saturday|

The successful applicants will act as main point of information and service to British Council customers and will be responsible for dealing with our customer enquiries, registration of students for English language courses and exams as well as other customer support services. This includes dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries, enrolment/receiving payment from customers for English language courses and UK exams.
Essential requirements for the post include:
- strong customer service and team working
- a high level of written and spoken communication skills in English as well as native speaker competence in Slovak
- an ability to meet agreed targets and overcoming obstacles
- a high level of attention to detail
- IT skills: to use MS Office and ability to learn new platforms such as SAP, TCMS
